So Fun

Hey everyone! SUCH A GOOD WEEK 

Not a ton of time so this will be quick! 

I've been out of quarantine for three months now!! I really am so grateful tbat that get to serve the Lord, and be here in Hong Kong while I do it! 

This week we had zone conference which was very spiritually uplifting! It was also so fun to see all the new Americans! 

Everybody talks about how hard it must be for the Americans that dont/haven't gotten to come to Hong Kong and have been put or will be put in reassignments! I'm lucky to have been able to come straight to my assignment! I know a lot of missionaries serving here, that are from Hong Kong and were originally called to serve somewhere else- the Philippines, Hawaii, England etc. Some of them were even here when the mission shut everything down because of covid and they were the ones that started the mission, pretty much from the ground up again! I'm so grateful for all the local missionaries we have in this mission! For them, serving here wasn't what they expected and i don't think they get enough credit and recognition for serving here so whole heartedly! They’re great! 

I've been going on runs every morning with two new sisters that I live with! There's always this one lady we pass every morning while running, and we talk to her, well, I talk to her haha the other two sister are mandarin speaking and she doesn't know mandarin, but they know how to tell her goodmorning everyday haha! When I went running with sister myers, it started out so nice outside and then a big cloud came and started DUMPING on us, it was so funny.

I LOVE SISTER PANG my companion is amazing... shes seriously the best example I've had here and has been my companion for my whole mission which is crazy!! Plus we bought matching dresses last week, no big deal

Today was fun! We went to Kowloon tong, played some basketball, and then went to mong kok for some street food and SHOPPING so fun 

Also, BIG NEWS, yesterday our friend Elvira told us that Heavenly Father answered her prayer and she wants to be baptized!! Shes so awesome and we are so so excited for her! 

We also had stake conference this week and since we serve in sister pangs stake I got to meet her parents! They're the sweetest, plus they gave us a ton of food

Ah there's just too much to talk about and not enough time! But i don't think my excitement of being here comes all the way through my emails very well! I'm just so excited and happy to be here!! 

I love you all and I'll talk to you guys next week!
