Im finally out of quaratine and wow Hong Kong is AMAZING !!!! I went from doing nothing all day long for three weeks straight, to actually interacting with people and walking several miles a day! Its definitely very very very much too hot outside to do anything haha but no you walk outside and bam, you're just like wet... but my first day out I was just so happy to see the sun that I didn't care haha      Im serving in the new york of HK and its soooo coooool!!! Were over five different wards... three sacrament meetings on sunday (one in english so thats super nice) and then one on wednesday and one on friday. The ones during the week are for people that dont have holiday (day off) on sunday so they make it so they can go to church on a different day! I also serve in a filippino ward and oh my goodness theyre all so nice! its like just 60 filippino women who come to hong kong to work as domestic helpers to provide for their families back home! its so fun and they're all l...

Hey everybody!! I hope everyone has had a fabulous week!!! Let me just recap whats been happening here!     So I'm in Hong Kong, quaratined for 21 days! I have to wear a security bracelet and if I leave my room its a 25,000HKD fine and six months in prison! I also have to take my temperature every morning and night and record it in a booklet (which we havent been very good at remembering to do haha) and we've been tested for covid twice already, and are set to be tested at our door again tomorrow! Our days usually are pretty simular... wake up, language study, break, language study, lunch, langauge study, nap, language study, dinner language study, sleep hahahah just kidding but thats what it feels like sometimes haha      No but we actually have had a few exciting things happen this week! HEY GUY!! okay thats half way as in half way through my 21 day quarantine haha not my whole mission... even though it kind of feels like it ater my 9 week mtc and this 3 week quarantine haha     No but its kind of going by super fast!! My companions and I have been staying busy studying, and studying, and studying haha everyday we have personal study, companion study, language review study, new language study, preach my gospel study, and role play hour my fav!!! jk i despise role playing haha its so uncomfy anyways but OMG so were aloud to watch some apporoved chinese tv haha so we've started this show and ITS SO GOOD its a C Drama (chinese drama) and wow yeah so full of drama haha its n madarin which I'm starting to understand more and more of which idk if thats good or bad haha but it has english subtitles so we can really know whats going on! But we watch is every break and during our meal times... we are very invested haha     The food here hasnt been the best ha...

Hi everybody!!! WOW what a couple of days it has been!     So I made it to Hong Kong safely! Haha what a relief right? I said goodbye to my family then went on a two hour place ride to the LA Airport and had to find my companions which was stressful because first of all, the airport is huge and I had to find the international gates and just yeah no it was super hard haha anyways so I found them and we had to verify a whole bunch of info before our flight leaving at 12:40am! The flight was good! The other two girls sat by each other and I had a whole row of three chairs to myself! So I slept most of the time and they brought us dinner and then breakfast too!      It didn't really feel like a super long flight, but it was a good 15-16 hours or something! Anyways so then we get off the plane and my companions and I did not know how big of a day we had ahead of us!
