Cleanest Apartment????

Hi guys!

It's It's pday today since the quarantine missionaries got out so we had transfers yesterday:))) my companion and i are both staying together so I will be finishing up her training and we're so glad we are staying in our ward! Its an AMAZING ward!!

This week was really good! They don't really do Thanksgiving here at all, but we had some sweet members in our ward take us out for pizza on Thursday for Thanksgiving! My companion and i both ordered the "American" pizza together and the waiter who was about our age, DIED laughing just right in front of us! So funny

We also had zone conference this week with the whole mission! The day before, they asked if our companionship would help make a really big "american" Thanksgiving meal hahaha all they think we eat there for it is potatoes and bread, which isn't wrong but there's a lot more that goes into it haha so we had stuffing, turkey, rice (they insisted), yams and just other traditional Thanksgiving foods! It was really fun to help make it and then serve it to the mish! A lot of the bundieh had never had stuffing and yams and mashed potatoes so it was fun to show them what we eat! We have a Christmas concert coming up and we've been practicing a lot for that! They also asked a small group of us to do silent night in cantonese sign language on stage while singing it in English ??? Thaaaat might be difficult, we know it because we've been going to csl class but it doesn't match up with the English at all hahahahah

I GOT A PACKAGE FROM MY MOM (and probably my dad), theyre the best! It also included s note that a lot of people in my ward signed!! I loved that so much thank you!!! Miss my home ward family!

This was a lot of my really good mission friends last zone conference, so there's lots of pictures from that! So sad! So many are leaving but sooooo many are coming its crazy! So grateful that we all get to serve together though!

Random things:

-our apartment won cleanest apartment in our half of the mission (got to go on stage at zone comference and accept our award)

-brushed my hair with a hairbrush for the first time in 2 months this week because my mom finally sent me a hairbrush

-our toilet broke so now we have to fill it with water everytime

-we went to yuen long today and apparently biking is a big thing there because it's more the boonies of Hong Kong

-the creme brulle McDonald's mcflurry is delicious
