Dear Brother and Sister Clanton:

I am happy to report that your daughter, Sister Lacey Belle Clanton, has been assigned the important responsibility of being a Sister Training Leader in our mission. Sister Clanton has prepared herself well for this assignment and has been an exemplary missionary in the China Hong Kong Mission.

As a Sister Training Leader, she will assist in overseeing the well-being of several sister missionaries in her zone. Her during will include:

-Setting an example for the missionaries

-Inspiring the missionaries by strengthening their faith in Jesus Christ

-Teach missionary skills

-Conducting companion exchanges with sister missionaries

-Helping sister missionaries develop their language skills

-Reporting about the well-being of the sisters to the mission president and his wife

-Looking after the well-being of the sister missionaries in her zone

Sister Chan and I lone and respect Sister Clanton as do her fellow missionaries. She has demonstrated a sound understanding of missionary work and I know that she will do a marvelous job in this new assignment.
